fish 2/3
cans chicken broth - 2 (14.5 ounce)
cans stewed tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce)
butter - 3/4 cup
fresh chopped parsley - 1 bunch
minced cloves garlic - 2
chopped onions - 2
bay leaves - 2
bay scallops - 1 1/2 pounds
large shrimp (peeled) - 1 1/2 pounds
cubed cod fillets - 1 1/2 pounds
dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
dried basil - 1 tablespoon
white wine - 1 1/2 cups
crabmeat - 1 1/2 cups
water - 1 cup
small clams - 18
mussels - 18
Take butter in a large stockpot and melt in over medium-low heat. When it melts add garlic, onion and parsley. Stir the mixture occasionally. Now add tomatoes to it. Leave the mixture for a few seconds and then add basil, thyme, chicken broth, bay leaves, wine, oregano and water. Mix it well and cover the mixture. Now simmer it for 30 minutes.
You can now add scallops, mussels, shrimps, crabmeat and clams. Stir in fish. Boil the whole mixture. Low the heat, cover the preparation and simmer it for 5 to 7 minutes. Cioppino is ready. Serve the soup with crusty bread.
Mexican Baked Fish:
Mexican Baked Fish is a delicious dish. You can enjoy this baked fish with rice, warm tortillas, black beans and lime margaritas. It is an ideal recipe for festive meal. Cooking Mexican Baked Fish is quite easy.

shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
salsa - 1 cup
sour cream - 1/4 cup
peeled, pitted and sliced avocado -1
coarsely crushed corn chips - 1/2 cup
Preparing Mexican Baked Fish is very simple. First preheat the oven to 400degree F. Grease a baking fish. Now rinse the fish fillets under cold water. Then pat dry it with paper towel. Lay the fillets side by side in the baking fish you have prepared. Pour salsa on the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly. Place the crushed corn chips on the top. Bake it again in the preheated oven. Flake it with a fork. Mexican Baked Fish is ready. Now serve it with sour cream and sliced avocado in the top.
